Hello! My name is Marina Hart Donahue, and I am a Chicago-based visual storyteller working across digital media, communications, and marketing. With professional experience in nonprofit and education spaces, and a Master of Communication in Digital Media and Storytelling from Loyola University Chicago, my work spans documentary filmmaking, nonfiction narrative storytelling, photography, videography, and content creation for digital platforms.

In addition to editorial and mission-driven storytelling, I create branded social media content and have collaborated with brands and artists including Tabasco and Ben Platt. Through content strategy and creative production, I have built an engaged audience of more than 35,000 followers on TikTok, where I explore storytelling through short-form digital content and brand partnerships.

I’m passionate about understanding stories at their core and bringing them to life visually in thoughtful, compelling ways. Whether through film, photography, branded content, or digital media, my work is grounded in storytelling that connects with people, communicates with purpose, and brings ideas to life across mediums.
